Mushrooms with Spinach and Goat Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 lb cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 12 oz baby spinach
- 4 oz goat cheese
Instructions
- Saute the mushrooms in butter with garlic. Season to taste.
- Toss in the spinach to wilt, then melt in the goat cheese.
- Plate and serve hot.
